Shipping Info

We have three shipping options available

• Place an order for any amount and Free Shipping Australia Wide will be provided.  (No tracking)
• Optional- Australia Post with tracking $7.50
• Spend more than $70 and you qualify for free Australia Post Shipping with tracking

Unfortunately no International Shipping – Australia Wide ONLY

We utilise Australia Post for all our postage requirements. Items are shipped directly from Australia (Sydney) and can be sent Australia wide.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped and if you have paid for optional registered post you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time
We will endeavour to have items processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow 2-6 working from time we ship until you receive your item.

If for any reason we can see an issue with shipping details provided we will contact you to confirm shipping address prior to sending.

If no one is available to accept your package and it doesn’t fit in your letterbox you will receive a collection card in either your mailbox or under your door.  This will allow you to collect package from your local Australia Post Office.

***Please Note*** We are not liable for any postage loss if you select free postage as this is a regular postage service without tracking.  We do recommend Registered Post as your item can be tracked all the way – Remember if you spend $70 or more this is automatically included at no extra cost
