We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. All payments are made through a secure payment gateway. UrbanGent.com.au is built on SSL platform hosted in Sydney Australia, the information you send to this site will be private and encrypted. Please note that we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers.
The Urban Gentleman use Australia Post to handle all postage requirements. Items are shipped directly from our Sydney NSW warehouse. Currently we only ship our products Australia wide but are looking into avenues to include some international locations.
Free Shipping is provided on all orders or you can opt for a more secure option by choosing registered post with tracking.
If order is placed before 2pm (Sydney time) we will endeavour to have orders processed and shipped same business day otherwise it will be sent out next business day. From time of shipment please allow 2-6 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.
If for any reason we can see an issue with shipping details provided we will contact you to confirm shipping address prior to sending.
If no one is available to collect your parcel you will receive a collection card in either your Mail Box or under your door. This will allow you to collect package from your local Australia Post Office.
For any pre or after sale enquiries you can visit the Contact Us page and send through our contact form. Alternatively if you have already placed an order you can reply to any notification received from out website.
Currently we do not ship internationally. Australia Wide Only
If for any reason you need to return a product due to it being faulty or incorrect you have 30 days to do so. You can contact a member of our friendly team and they can instruct with further details.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind.
